The following terms govern the engagement between Naor Yanko and clients and users of the site. Please read carefully.
Using the website and services of Naor Yanko ("the developer", "I") constitutes agreement to the terms below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or services. Each service is purchased separately and governed by a dedicated contract/proposal agreed between the parties.
The site offers accelerated software development (MVPs in days), custom AI agent building, automations and SaaS systems, AI optimization (AIO) kits, UX/UI services, a "Base44 Rescue" service for fixing broken applications, and strategic consulting. Details of each service, pricing, and scope are defined in the individual proposal document and/or the relevant service page.
The first project conversation is free and requires no upfront payment. Development and rescue work is priced individually after reviewing the requirements; scope, price, and payment milestones are agreed before work begins. Payments are processed via Stripe by credit card. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed terms. Digital products (such as AIO kits) are non-refundable once downloaded/shared.
An MVP can be delivered within a few days when all materials and approvals are provided on time by the client. Client delays in providing materials, approvals, or information may push the timeline. Material scope changes after work starts will be re-assessed for price and time.
Upon full payment for a service, ownership rights to the code, design, and delivered assets transfer to the client, except for tools, libraries, and generic code developed earlier ("pre-built components") which remain mine and are granted under a usage license. Base44 components themselves are subject to Base44's platform terms.
Services are provided "as is". I commit to delivering high-quality professional work and to fixing defects arising from the development within an agreed warranty period (typically 14 days from delivery). I am not responsible for defects arising from changes made by the client or third parties, external server downtime, or third-party platform updates.
A project may be cancelled before work actually begins for a full refund. After work begins, the deposit/payment is for time and effort and is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds for already-delivered digital products are not possible.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Client details are not shared with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver the service (e.g., a payment processor).
I may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an update date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes agreement to the new version.
Any dispute will first be resolved through mediation. If it cannot be resolved, the laws of the State of Israel will apply to our relationship and these terms. Jurisdiction - the competent courts in Israel.
Questions about the terms? Happy to clarify.
